1. Terms of Sale

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the sale of products and services by RELIANZ Foods (Pty) Ltd ("RELIANZ", "we", "us", or "our") to our customers ("you" or "Customer"). By placing an order with RELIANZ, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1.1 Orders and Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by RELIANZ. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. An order confirmation will be issued upon acceptance of your order.

1.2 Pricing

All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders will be honored at the quoted price. Prices do not include delivery charges unless specifically stated.

1.3 Payment Terms

Payment terms will be as agreed between RELIANZ and the Customer. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. RELIANZ reserves the right to require payment in advance or on delivery for new customers or as circumstances require.

1.4 Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates only and RELIANZ shall not be liable for any delay in delivery. Risk in the products passes to the Customer upon delivery. The Customer is responsible for inspecting products upon delivery and reporting any defects or shortages within 48 hours.

2. Product Information

While we strive to provide accurate product information, specifications, and descriptions, RELIANZ does not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may not reflect the exact appearance of the product.

3. Liability and Warranties

RELIANZ warrants that products will conform to their specifications and will be of merchantable quality. However, RELIANZ's liability is limited to the replacement of defective products or refund of the purchase price, at RELIANZ's discretion.

3.1 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RELIANZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our products or services
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted through our services

3.2 Product Use

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products are suitable for their intended use and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. RELIANZ provides products for commercial use in baking and food manufacturing. Customers must use products in accordance with all applicable food safety regulations and industry best practices.

4. Returns and Refunds

Returns are subject to our Returns Policy. Please refer to our Returns Policy page for detailed information regarding return procedures, conditions, and handling fees.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of RELIANZ or its content suppliers and is protected by South African and international copyright laws.

6. Force Majeure

RELIANZ shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms which is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, labor disputes, fire, flood, or government actions.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our products and services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.

8. Changes to Terms

RELIANZ reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this website. Your continued use of our products or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
